This camp is devoted to teaching individual, group and team skills. Players learn the fundamental aspects of dodging, passing, catching, shooting, individual defense, goalie play, and face-off technique. In addition, players learn team skills such as team offense, team defense, riding, clearing and transition play

The camps combine rigorous Lacrosse training from an elite staff with a fun filled residential experience. The focus will be on teaching skills and concepts of live game situations in order to strengthen players' confidence to make quality decisions on the field. The Varsity Elite Division, for those entering 11th and 12th grade, features a collegiate developmental program and will include session dedicated to strength & conditioning as well as college recruiting.

The Matt Danowski Skill Development Camp fills the gap between Duke's two instructional overnight camps. The focus will be on fundamental skills and position play. Campers are encouraged to stay before or after for one of Duke's Overnight sessions. Skill Development campers will enjoy the same great accommodations and services as the "Blue Devil Overnight" campers.

 Info:

Team camp will bring both the element of teaching and tournament play together. The early part of the camp will focus on teaching, coaching, and implementing a game plan, while the second half will allow the team to demonstrate what they have learned. Each team will be provided an NCAA collegiate lacrosse coach to have at their side as they learn to become a better team. In addition to the on field teaching, the camp will also feature talks from the strength and conditioning coaches as Mercer, as well and an Admissions talk from the Director of Admissions at Mercer University. To complete the learning element, the Players will hear about collegiate recruiting from all three NCAA Divisions.
