A typical day would begin with a group warm-up then a session where campers would be broken into groups and taught position specific skills. In these groups players will participate in a series of competitive drills, all of which are taught and used at the collegiate level. Each group has an individual practice, and the day typically concludes with a game. At the end of the 2 hour session we have a concluding discussion where every camper will be given a folder with different drills they can practice in their free time to become a better lacrosse player. The Shutout Lacrosse committee has put together a camp staff that is comprised of professional and college players, along with college and high school coaches to help your player reach their potential.
